Synopsis

When young people follow in the footsteps of an old exiled Tunisian Jewish singer, with whom they try to rehabilitate the forgotten discography, entirely dedicated to the love of his native country. Through the extraordinary journey of Henri Tibi – alternately swimming and table tennis champion, then talented singer and photographer – Slim and Yassine discover the story of a fantasized, open, multi-confessional Tunisia. A musical puzzle that takes us from Tunis to Besançon via Paris, to remind us that not so long ago, another way of living together was possible...
