Synopsis

In Eberswalde, East Germany, seven girls from Arab, Kurdish, and Roma backgrounds come of age in a world that often misreads them. Through film workshops, they write, perform, and dream—blurring the lines between reality and imagination. Their staged scenes reveal private struggles and collective strength, turning creative expression into both protest and healing. This is a raw, poetic exploration of self-exploration, belonging, and strength.
