Firas Al Taybeh is a Jordanian filmmaker/actor. He studied sculpting and fine arts at Jordan University, then film at the Red Sea Institute of Cinematic Arts (RSICA). He taught filmmaking for 5 years at SAE College Jordan. Al Taybeh wrote and directed several fiction short films like “Al Wadi” and documentary short films such as “An Invisible Face”. Al Taybeh also appeared in several productions like “Kabreet 45”, “Deserted”, “Farha”, “Lamma Shoftak”, “Familial Fever”, and “Counter Attack”. He is currently developing his first feature length film, which received a development fund from the Jordan Film Fund and two development awards from the Amman Film Industry Days in 2022.
